City of London Corporation: Hail HYDRA!

While HYDRA is fictional, I assure you the City of London Corporation is very real and the dark heart enabling the Fentanyl Crisis, Human Trafficking, Industrial Espionage, and Organized Crime.

HYDRA is a fictional terrorist organization published by Marvel Comics. Originally a corrupted Asian secret society that merged with a Nazi organization during World War II. One of the Nazi members, Baron Wolfgang von Strucker, seized control and dedicated the organization to world domination through terrorist and subversive activities resulting in a global neo-fascist New World Order.

Baron von Strucker used his personal fortune, based on his recovered hoard of Nazi plunder from World War II, and funds established by the original leaders of the Japanese secret society that became part of the old Hydra.

Hmmm… Sounds familiar?

According to Nick Fury, Hydra is split into four independent sectors:

• International Corporations (Fronts created using a legitimate business to conceal illicit activities)

• Government Assets (Individuals within a national government's chain of command. Long-term resources that benefit from the minimal turnover inherent in bureaucracies)

• Global Criminal Groups (Subsidiary organizations created for short-term goals. Also used to deflect unwanted interest from the global law enforcement community)

• Intelligence Gathering (S.H.I.E.L.D. and all their underlying resources) Hydra regards S.H.I.E.L.D. as their "most valuable proactive intelligence asset" while its government assets include the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the FBI, NSA, the Canadian Security Intelligence Service, and the GRU and SVR of Russia.

Is this a comic or real life? Who would be the head of our real-life HYDRA?

The City of London Corporation, of course!

The City of London Corporation is the municipal governing body of the City of London, the historic center of London and the location of the United Kingdom's financial sector.

There are four layers of elected representatives in the Corporation: common councilmen, aldermen, sheriffs and the Lord Mayor. To qualify for any of these offices, you must be a freeman of the City of London. To become a freeman you must be approved by the aldermen.

The Lord Mayor's role, the Corporation's website tells us, is to "open doors at the highest levels" for business, in the course of which he "expounds the values of liberalisation". Liberalisation is what bankers call deregulation: the process that caused the financial crash. The Corporation boasts that it "handle[s] issues in Parliament of specific interest to the City", such as banking reform and financial services regulation. It also conducts "extensive partnership work with think tanks … vigorously promoting the views and needs of financial services." But this isn't the half of it.

Several governments have tried to democratise the City of London but all, threatened by its financial might, have failed. As Clement Attlee lamented, "over and over again we have seen that there is in this country another power than that which has its seat at Westminster." The City has exploited this remarkable position to establish itself as a kind of offshore state, a secrecy jurisdiction which controls the network of tax havens housed in the UK's crown dependencies and overseas territories. This autonomous state within our borders is in a position to launder the ill-gotten cash of oligarchs, kleptocrats, gangsters and drug barons. As the French investigating magistrate Eva Joly remarked, it "has never transmitted even the smallest piece of usable evidence to a foreign magistrate". It deprives the United Kingdom and other nations of their rightful tax receipts.

East India Company was a Tentacle of the City of London Corportation.

In 1599, the East India Company was started by a group of prominent merchants and explorers for a potential East Indies venture under a royal charter. Besides Fitch and Lancaster, the group included Stephen Soame, then Lord Mayor of London; Thomas Smythe, a powerful London politician and administrator, whose father had established the Levant Company; Sir John Wolstenholme; Richard Hakluyt.¹

On 31 December 1600, the Queen Elizabeth I granted their petition by "George, Earl of Cumberland and 218 others,” including James Lancaster, Sir John Harte, Sir John Spencer (both of whom had been Lord Mayor of London).² The Queen granted the charter to their corporation named Governor and Company of Merchants of London trading into the East Indies. For a period of fifteen years, the charter awarded a monopoly³ on English trade with all countries east of the Cape of Good Hope and west of the Straits of Magellan.

Thanks to the hard work by the International Consortium of International Journalists we know that global banks are criminal networks that money launder for terrorists, drug dealers, human traffickers, and industrial espionage. Even the Fentanyl Crisis is a geopolitical tool to “soften” a target country.

• BlackRock

BlackRock Global Infrastructure Fund IV is using our pensions as the shadow bank of the Belt and Road Initiative. The FBI and even some politicians have raised the alarm of money laundering in private equity.

• The Foundation System

The Kaiser Wilhelm Insitute research was involved in weapons research, experimentation and production in both the First World War and the Second World War. During the World War I, the group was responsible for introducing the use of poison gas in violation of established international law. During World War II, some of the weapons and medical research performed by the KWI was connected to human experimentation on living prisoners. in Nazi concentration camps. This research was funded by the Rockefeller Foundation and Yale University.

Norman Dodd was a banker, financial advisor, and served as chief investigator in 1953 for the Special Committee on Tax Exempt Foundations (the Reece Committee). In the Dodd report to the Reece Committee on Foundations, he gave a definition of the word "subversive", stating that the word referred to "Any action having as its purpose the alteration of either the principle or the form of the United States Government by other than constitutional means." He then said that the Ford Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, and Carnegie Endowment were using funds on projects at Columbia, Harvard, University of Chicago, and the University of California, in order to enable oligarchical collectivism.

• Round Table Groups

Such as Chatham House, Trilateral Commission, Council on Foreign Relations, and the Atlantic Council wield significant power with no real oversight by the public.

• Politicians

With all the dark money in politics it is hard to know which organizations are buy our government representatives. At the top there is no Left or Right, because they own them all. The faux political division is for the plebs to have a say in culture war bullshit, but not foreign policy and definitely no say in banking regulations. Our elected officials are either bought whores or traitors.

• The Media

The Mainstream and even the Alt-Media are controlled and funded by the City of London Corporation. Alex Jones is the face of the fight against the “New World Order,” but fails to mention City of London?

• Private Military Contractors

Blackwater, now Academi, is an American private military contractor founded by former Navy SEAL officer Erik Prince. In 2007, Blackwater received widespread criticism for the Nisour Square massacre in Baghdad, when its employees killed 17 Iraqi civilians and injured 20.

But Erik Prince must be a good guy. He was a Navy Seal after all!

Then why is his Frontier Services Group providing security for the Belt and Road Initiative? Erick Prince is a traitor to his country and should be forced to live in China, because that is what he wants for us.

Sure, he wears red, white, and blue on the outside, but on the inside? It turns out Steve Rogers, a.k.a. Captain America, supports the evil, former Nazi organization, Hydra.

It means on a fundamental level that the All-American hero is now secretly a deep-cover Hydra operative. That makes every interaction he has and every move he makes has a second meaning.

How ‘HYDRA’ Operates:

The City of London and the Bank of England transformed former British territories such as the Cayman and British Virgin Islands into tax havens and secrecy jurisdictions, allowing the high-risk corruption so long as the money benefited Western elites.

As the Bank of England noted:

“There is no objection to their providing boltholes for non-residents, but we do need to be quite sure that in doing so, opportunities are not created for the transfer of UK capital to the non-Sterling area outside UK rules.”

The growth of the so-called “Eurodollar” market — an unregulated form of lending, based in London but conducted in US Dollars via a separate set of books and thus considered “offshore” (elsewhere for regulatory purposes) — helped enable the bypass of cross-border capital controls put in place under the post-war Bretton Woods agreement.

Alex Cobham, Director of the Tax Justice Network, explains how the Eurodollar market was ultimately about taking economic activity conducted in one country, and pretending it occurs elsewhere:

“It’s about creating a legal space where you pretend activity is taking place. You’re taking activity from a place where it is regulated and taxed, and pretending its happening elsewhere. Now where, doesn’t really matter. It’s just elsewhere.”

The Eurodollar market expanded rapidly, reaching $500 billion by 1980 and by 1988 $4.8 trillion. By 1998, nearly 90% of all international loans were made via the unregulated offshore markets.

The City of London, Bank of England and Eurodollar markets deliberately allowed banks, corporations and wealthy elites to bypass the rules of the capitalist game — shifting wealth offshore and thus undermining the social contract and the post-war welfare state now visibly in collapse around us.

Clement Atlee, the post-war Labour Prime Minister remarked:

“Over and over again, we have seen that there is a power in this Country, other than that which has its seat at Westminster. The City of London, a convenient term for a collection of financial interests is able to assert itself against the Government of the Country. Those who control money, are able to pursue a policy, at home, and abroad, contrary to that which is decided by the people.”

One of the criminal banks which grew out of the deregulated City of London was BCCI – which quickly became the bank of choice for drug runners, mafia bosses and intelligence agencies, much like the role HSBC performs today.

BCCI, which collapsed in 1991 following US enforcement action related to money laundering, was at the time the 7th largest bank in the world. A young Fred Goodwin who would go on to run RBS (at the time working for Deloitte Touche) ‘led’ the complex insolvency of BCCI bank…

The Spider’s Web gives an excellent overview of the scale of the global tax dodging problem and its corrosive effects on democracy. As John Christensen observes:

“People think the National Rifle Association (NRA) is a powerful lobby, but to be honest they’re amateurs next to the City of London. The City UK uses its power in so many discreet ways, they don’t need to be that upfront about it, they’ve got MPs and Ministers in their pockets going in and out via the revolving door.”

The City UK was created by Chancellor Alastair Darling after the 2008 financial crisis, precisely to establish a stronger financial lobby in Westminster and Brussels. It is from the unelected, unaccountable City of London that, we should really be having the conversation about “taking back control.”

If we pass laws to make beneficial owners publicly available, then that’s the thread that unravels it all. These people are like bacteria that grows in the dark and the best disinfectant is sunlight.
