Whatever the case, Mangione doing what he did isn’t going to save anybody. He’s a cautionary tale, cannon fodder in a 2,000-year war that was already lost 500 years ago. That’s why I wrote the novel referenced below instead of trying to go out and deep-six some poor misunderstood CEO of a rapacious, death-dealing corporation. But then again, I’ve stayed away from hospitals and psychedelics.

phenomenom of getting more hydrocarbon in than is coming out, residing in lipid or connective tissue, the organism is then in a skinner box of torture and non torture, serendipitous but torture if the muse is against one. Relentless, constant because they can buy or rent land nearby for chem fogging an area, to vent sabotage, legit contracts for HVAC maintenence infiltration with a gas canister; to pastes on handles, CIA-like tacticians who never stop when they find a hole in the matrix that sets the trap

Not health insurance but denying a billion dollars in Medicare and Medicaid fraud. Where do mobsters launder their money? Commercial real estate, private equity, Web3, etc. Luigi’s family who had ties to organized crime owned 9 nursing home facilities.

The cartels aren’t just involved in drug and human trafficking but commodities like avocados.
