The LA Immigration Riots
Is it a redux of the 2020 riots in opportunity zones but now it offsets the increased costs associated with the tariffs.
Are the LA riots a redux of the 2020 Jared Kushner riots in opportunity zones or something else? The Trump tariffs have an inflationary effect on the real estate market, but a few strategic riots can offset those expenses.
A friend mentioned LA is the new battleground because of the tariffs and the upcoming Olympics.
Everything which comes into America comes from the Port of Long Beach. You reduce the value of LA and then you can renegotiate lots of things.
The Chinese ownership of commercial and residential real estate in Los Angeles has cratered since at least 2020. If you remember, one of the immigration raids in Los Angeles was kicked off in Chinatown.
There’s an upside to these riots for the Trump administration. It manufactures consent for deportations of non-state actors who act as fronts for the Chinese, Russians, and Likudniks. It also increased Trumps approval ratings on the immigration issue and places Democrats on the back foot having to defend illegal mass migration which is unpopular among voters. We’re still not going to have mass deportations because the oligarchs won’t let it crater the real estate market.
Chinese Investment Cratering in Los Angeles
Chinese investment in U.S. real estate slowed down in 2024, particularly at the higher end of the market—and the current trade environment means that isn’t likely to turn around.
The most popular U.S. destinations for resident and nonresident Chinese buyers are in California, Florida and New York, and are therefore likely to feel the most impact if the trend continues. The biggest loser will likely be California, as the latest figures show the state attracts one-quarter of all international Chinese home purchases in the U.S.
The real estate rental market has been propped up by mass migration and Chinese drug money laundering. Let’s not forget the role of short-term rentals such as Airbnb cleaning dirty cash. California will have more affordable housing when mob cash in real estate gets cleaned up.
Immigration Political Theater
There is a bit of kayfabe going on where certain Republicans pretend to hate immigration because it keeps them in power. Texas Govenor Greg Abbott even got in on the action when he so kindly flew illegal immigrants to his buddies in the North. Trey Harris — the developer of the cartel riddled Colony Ridge — was one of Abbott’s donors. Not to mention his ties to Matt Michelsen and the Curative and Operation Lonestar scam. Let’s not forget the Texas Governor’s buddy Benjamin Netanyahu arming the cartels.
Egg on Democrats’ Faces
Now that the border is shut down and the Trump administration is deporting criminal groups what does the future like?
China, Likud, and the Nazi network in California aren’t going to quietly give up their modern slaves or their organized crime slave traders. Democrats tend to view slave trading and colonization as bad, but only when Europeans do it. I guess when you’re a MS-13 human trafficker, you get special treatment not afforded to American citizens. A U.S. Senator will even fly to El Salvador to try to free you as such with the case involving Kilmar Abrego Garcia. That op blew up in the Democrats’ faces.

While there’s no set time frame for a grand jury investigation, they typically last from a few months to up to a year. However, in more complex federal cases, investigations can extend beyond a year.
Pretty amazing the DOJ gathered informant testimony, license plate reader, phone, and social media data in just a few short months. They even had a sealed indictment two weeks before even bringing Abrego Garcia back to the United States.
Almost like the Kilmar Abrego Garcia deportation was a sting operation for a foreign backed media, dirty immigration judges, and politicians. The op also frees up good democrats who get stuck defending mass migration in heavily Latino districts because our foreign backed media promotes it. No Republican can touch President Obama’s record as the reigning Deporter-in-Chief.
We have a liberal oligarchy that sees Latino migrants as their slaves. Don’t believe me? Hear it straight from the mouths of Nancy Pelosi (here) and Kelly Osbourne (here). Mass migration needs to be seen on par with historical slavery because that’s what it is. The establishment can give it a more palatable name such as “forced prostitution,” “child trafficking,” or “forced labor” but it doesn’t change the fact it’s still slavery.
