Russian & U.S. Russian Assets with the Help of Talpiot Program Behind Pentagon Leak?

Donbass Devushka promoted altered documents along with the alleged Russian and Israeli asset Scott Ritter, Garland Nixon, Jackson Hinkle, Fiorella Isabel, and Kremlin backed Rybar telegram channel.

The Pentagon’s Joint Warfighting Cloud Capability (JWCC) contracts are being given to companies that have ties to Israel’s Talpiot Program and Unit 8200. Israel is also partnered with Russia and China on the Belt and Road Initiative. The Talpiot Program is filled with Russian GRU and SVU assets.

Is it any wonder that shortly after the Dec. 7, 2022 contract announcement that the Pentagon’s Joint Chiefs’ briefings are showing up on a Discord server that has ties to Israel?

  When Kash Patel insisted the Air National Guardsman Jack Teixeira didn’t act alone, he was absolutely right. Many of the leaked documents were produced by the Joint Staff’s J-2 (intelligence arm) and appear to be briefing documents for President Biden. How did a 21-year-old Airman First Class access Joint Chiefs’ Pentagon briefs and if it wasn’t him, then who was it?

What we do know: The Pentagon leaks were initially spread on the Discord gamer social platform. Discord was founded by Jason Citron and Stanislav Vishnevskiy. It was originally called Hammer & Chisel Inc.

According to Wikipedia:

• Discord had been used to plan and organize the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, VA, on August 12, 2017. This included participation by Richard Spencer and Andrew Anglin, high-level figures in the movement.

• In March 2019, the media collective Unicorn Riot published the contents of a Discord server used by several members of the white nationalist group Identity Evropa who were also members of the U.S. Armed Forces.

• In January 2021, two days after the U.S. Capitol attack, Discord deleted the pro-Trump server The Donald, "due to its overt connection to an online forum used to incite violence, plan an armed insurrection in the United States, and spread harmful misinformation related to 2020 U.S. election fraud".

• In January 2022, the British anti-disinformation organization Logically reported that Holocaust denial, neo-Nazism and other forms of hate speech were flourishing on the Discord and Telegram groups for the German website Disclose.tv.

• In May 2022, Payton S. Gendron was named as the suspect in a race-driven mass shooting in Buffalo, New York, that killed ten people. It was reported that Gendron used a private Discord server as a diary for weeks as he prepared for the attack.

To develop Discord, Hammer & Chisel gained additional funding from YouWeb's 9+ incubator, which had also funded the startup of Hammer & Chisel, and from Benchmark capital and Tencent.

• Tencent is a Chinese multinational technology and entertainment conglomerate and holding company headquartered in Shenzhen.

Why is a company who has ties to Israel and China promoting racism and anti-Semitism? Maybe they are part of the operation? Putin, Xi, and Netanyahu are all partners for the Eurasian Economic Union and the Belt and Road Initiative.

American U.S. Navy veteran, Sarah Bils’ telegram channel Donbass Devushka played a key role in promoting pro-Russian altered documents along with the alleged Russian and Israeli asset Scott Ritter, Garland Nixon, Jackson Hinkle, Fiorella Isabel, and Kremlin-backed Rybar telegram channel.

Donbass Devushka (Donbas Girl) The Donbass Devushka Telegram account that describes itself as engaging in “Russian–style information warfare.” 

• Sarah Bils (37 years old) U.S. Navy veteran lied about being an ethnic Russian blogger in Luhansk.

• Donbass Girl is among the most widely followed English-language social-media outlets promoting Russia’s views.

• The doctored versions of Pentagon leak showing 7-1 troop loss ratios for Ukraine were also amplified by high-profile, anti-American propagandists.

• Bils claimed she is one of 15 people “all over the world” involved in running the Donbass Devushka network. Ms. Bils declined to identify these people

• On April 5, the Donbass Devushka Telegram account posted four of the allegedly leaked classified documents to its 65,000 followers, according to a screenshot seen by The Wall Street Journal.

• When Russia expanded its 2014 invasion on February 24, 2022, Bils created multiple personas on Twitter and, starting in April, added Telegram.

• By the summer of 2022, despite only having an audience in the tens of thousands, she started hosting a podcast that included Jackson Hinkle, Scott Ritter, Garland Nixon, and Russian state media journalist Fiorella Isabel as guests.

• Bils’s channel has been endorsed by Russian milblogger Rybar. The leaders of Rybar are two former Kremlin information officers with an operating budget of over $20,000 per month.

• Some of the interviews occurred while she was still on active duty with the Navy and would have required a foreign contact disclosure.

• An investigation by Bellingcat traced the spread of the documents from Teixeria’s Discord to 4Chan, Telegram, and Twitter. Dueling versions of key documents were circulating, with one showing Russian losses far exceeded Ukrainian losses, and the other, poorly edited version showing the opposite. Bellingcat alleges the doctored versions originated on the Donbass Devushka Telegram channel, a claim Bils denies.

Tucker Carlson, the communitarian U.S. television propagandist, used the edited version distributed by Donbass Devushka Telegram channel. On the April 13 broadcast of his Fox News show, “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” he claimed that Ukraine was suffering a 7-1 troop loss ratio and was “losing the war.” Carlson’s show reaches approximately 3.25 million viewers per night, a reach that could sway U.S. public support for Ukraine. https://malcontentment.com/a-russian-disinformation-empire-in-oak-harbor-washington/

Meduza: Mikhail Zvinchuk, a former employee of the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, confirmed that he had created the Rybar telegram channe 25 November 2022

• Former employee of the press service of the Ministry of Defense Mikhail Zvinchuk confirmed that he and his "colleague" Denis Shchukin created Rybar telegram channel.

• Zvinchuk worked as a full-time columnist for propaganda outlet RIA "FAN" that has ties with St. Petersburg businessman Yevgeny Prigozhi.

RIA “FAN” is the propaganda outlet for The Wagner Group.

All these alleged Russian and some Israeli assets promoting pro-Putin altered Pentagon documents actually points to who hacked the Pentagon.

The greatest con job is the Department of Defense willingly handed over Pentagon cloud security to our enemies in Russia and China.

• The United States-Israel Cybersecurity Cooperation Enhancement Act of 2021 demands US technology handed over to Israel as a matter of law.

• The Talpiot program, an elite Israeli Defense Force training program, uses their expertise to further IDF technological research and trained under Israeli military intelligence for at least 7-10 years.

• Israel has a long history of espionage and stealing U.S. high technology, then on-selling it to China and Russia.

• Israel’s Talpiot program graduates and unit 8200 veterans populate cybersecurity firms contracting with the U.S. government to secure the Pentagon Cloud and critical infrastructure.

• The Israeli state is the primary hub for core coding of all Microsoft products -Windows, Office, Azure Cloud- and core research and development of Intel Corporation CPU design and fabrication.

Soviet immigrants are populating Israel’s Talpiot program and Unit 8200 (NSA equivalent) that produce high technology CEO’s placing them all over the world, including the United States. The Israeli state is a “backdoor conduit” for American high technology illegal transfers to Russia and China. This is an open-door for Russian GRU (Military Intelligence) and SVU (KGB) to infiltrate the American technology sector and critical infrastructure via easy Israeli visas and citizenship. Elements inside of Israeli intelligence have warned Israel is heavily penetrated by Russian GRU and SVU assets. Thus, the Russian penetration of American critical infrastructure, including Pentagon Cloud security, come through Israel’s Talpiot program.

I highly doubt Airman First Class Jack Teixeira is the original source of the leak. As I just showed you, all Russia has to do is use their friends in the Talpiot Program (Russian Israeli non-Jews) to access our National Security secrets.

The New York Times reported that the FBI continuously questioned Marina, because the agency believed she was a former KGB agent. Ritter described the investigation into his wife as "harassment".

In 2021, Master Sgt. Bordador was promoted to the Pentagon as the NCO in charge of the Technical Surveillance Countermeasure (TSCM) Program at the Joint Chiefs of Staff Security Office.”

• (TSCM) is a term created by the United States government that describes the action of sweeping for devices that may be spying on you.

Beginning March 1st, more than 100 classified documents from the Pentagon detailing U.S. national security secrets have been circulated on Twitter, 4chan, and Telegram, where they were spread by pro-Kremlin commentators. They expose crucial intelligence reports on US and the NATO military alliance, Israel’s Mossad involvement in protests, U.S. discussions with South Korea, and the war in Ukraine.

The leaks seriously worry Pentagon officials, particularly the Joint Staff whose role is to advise the president. Many of the documents had markings they were produced by the Joint Staff’s intelligence arm, known as J2, and appear to be briefing documents.

“One document appears to have come from the office of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. It is dated March 1 and is labeled secret and not for distribution to foreign governments. Master Sgt. Bordador was found dead in Pentagon parking lot at 3:30pm on March 14th. His death is still unexplained.
