Drug and human trafficking could not continue without the banks and other financial services. These illicit and immoral trades would collapse overnight if we started charging banks under the RICO Act.
Major banks such as JP Morgan Chase and Duetsche bank profit from and sustains the scourge of drug and human trafficking. The recent bank settlements with victims of Jeffrey Epstein and the disclosures of the Pandora Papers proves it. While low level drug dealers are routinely sentenced with hard time, sometimes for decades, the banker rarely ever see the inside of a prison cell. Drug and human trafficking could not exist without money laundering services. according to the DEA, drug and human trafficking go hand in hand. One does not exist without the other.
Jeffrey Epstein’s ties to the CIA and the Mossad well reported, but they often ignore his ties to Moscow. As we know, Israel is penetrated by Russian intelligence and the Russian mafia thanks to excellent reporting by Haaretz and The Times of Israel. Epstein was using old Soviet style Kompromat to blackmail politicians, celebrities, and especially the tech elite to facilitate illegal technology transfers. Such as blackmailing Bill Gates over his affair with a female Russian spy.
As my research took me deeper into Epstein’s ties to Jes Staley, I find some very interesting links with JP Morgan Chase such as WhatsApp founder Jan Koum and his ties to Chabad Lubavitch.
As early as 2015, JP Morgan Chase was using “unapproved communications” to circumvent federal record keeping laws. So, my question is why did they choose WhatsApp to hide their illegal money laundering activity?

The Securities and Exchange Commission said Friday that JPMorgan Securities agreed to pay $125 million after admitting to “widespread” record-keeping failures in recent years. The Commodity Futures Trading Commission also said Friday that it had fined the bank $75 million for allowing unapproved communications since at least 2015.

WhatsApp founders Jan Koum and Brian Acton left Facebook in 2018 over Meta’s decision to weaken the privacy on WhatsApp due to Russian influence operations using it to push propaganda. Acton also founded Signal messaging app.

The Silicon Valley company has been under scrutiny for how Russian agents used it to influence voters before the 2016 presidential election and, more recently, for a lack of data protections for its more than 2.2 billion members, a subject that gained attention after revelations that the British political consulting firm Cambridge Analytica had improperly harvested the information of as many as 87 million Facebook users.
The controversies have prompted disagreements among top Facebook executives about how to deal with those issues. In March, The New York Times reported that Alex Stamos, Facebook’s chief information security officer, intended to leave the company after an internal dispute over how to handle the threat of Russian influence efforts.

Jan Koum is the Ukrainian born co-inventor of WhatsApp along with Brian Acton (Signal messenger app) and his Russian friends Igor Solomennikov and Alex Fishman. “Forbes describes long conversations about WhatsApp over tea between Koum and Alex Fishman, a graduate of the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, who played host to the community at his apartment in San Jose.”1
“Jan [Koum] was showing me his address book,” recalls [Alex] Fishman. “His thinking was it would be really cool to have statuses next to individual names of the people.” The statuses would show if you were on a call, your battery was low, or you were at the gym. Koum could do the backend, but he needed an iPhone developer, so Fishman introduced Koum to Igor Solomennikov, a developer in Russia that he’d found on RentACoder.com.

Two years ago, The Times of Israel was told, FBI agents paid a visit to Israel specifically to express their concerns about money laundering in the Haredi community.
“The way it works,” said Horowitz, “is a Colombian drug merchant comes to Monsey or Kiryas Yoel [towns in New York]. Let’s say he sold 4 million dollars worth of cocaine in the Bronx. He hands over the cash, and his contact puts it in a gemach. Everyone takes a cut and they return the money through a legal project like the construction of a new building.”

Top Figures In Global Money-Laundering Network Sentenced To Prison | AP News
NEWARK, N.J. (AP) _ The U.S. leader of a global ring that laundered drug-linked profits by claiming they were Israeli investments, at one point employing a Hasidic rabbi, was sentenced to 52 months in prison Thursday.
Sentenced with ringleader Adi Tal was his chief lieutenant, Nir Goldeshtein, who received 40 months from U.S. District Judge John Bissell. Each man pleaded guilty to conspiracy to launder money and two counts of specific currency violations.
The 2 1/2 -year investigation led to the indictment of 16 people last March in Seattle, Los Angeles, New Jersey, Colombia and Israel.
The government alleged $25 million was laundered during an 18-month period ending in March. The money in this case was shipped to Panama or Colombia or smuggled to Europe and Israel and wired to Panamanian bank accounts, officials said…
The government said Tal, a former airline worker who emigrated from Israel in 1983, worked with Jose Stroh, allegedly a primary money-launderer for the Cali, a Colombian cocaine cartel that is one of the world’s major exporters of the drug.
Vladimir Putin has been accused of drug trafficking and so have many members of Chabad Lubavitch. There are also many links between Putin, the Russian Mafia, and Chabad Lubavitch. JP Morgan Chase was also caught money laundering for Russian Mafia boss Semion Mogilevich.

Mogilevich has been described as the “Boss of Bosses” of Russia mafia groups. When the FBI put him on its Top Ten Most Wanted list in 2009, it said his criminal network was involved in weapons and drug trafficking, extortion and contract murders.

Anti-money-laundering specialists interpreted the guidance to mean that unusual activity should be flagged only if it was unusual for Mr. Epstein — which led to an alert about payments to a Russian model and a Russian publicity agent being dismissed because the transactions were “normal for this client,” according to an email cited in the settlement.
Epstein & Modern Day Slavic Slaves

Even Israel with all their problems is also very complicated with many different factions… including Eastern Orthodox (non-Jewish) Russians. Since 2014, certain members of Unit 8200 have boycotted reserve duty over spying on Palestinians. Recently their protests have intensified over Benjamin Netanyahu’s proposed judicial overhaul.
