Is Andrew Tate a US Asset?
Were the Israelis using the Romanian DIICOT to arrest the Tates because they were turned? I also explore the Tate's ties to Paxum, the Wirecard scandal, HSBC, and Telegram.
Note: I am not here to say Andrew Tate is a misunderstood “good guy.” Intelligence assets and organized crime have a long history of working together. Just look up Operation Underworld or Operation Gladio. Our intelligence agencies often find the most despicable people to work in the service of the state. Even turning foreign spies into US assets is also in their job description… just like I suspect they did with Jeffrey Epstein.
Romania is the primary source of human trafficking in Europe and yet they are going after Andrew Tate luring women onto webcams. Horrible yes, but even the genocide in Gaza and Bibi’s ties to human trafficking didn’t prevent the Romanian government from severing ties with our “Greatest Ally.”
According to the 2019 State Department report, the Romanian authorities only opened 695 new trafficking cases in 2018, compared with 675 in 2017 and 864 in 2016. The courts convicted 130 traffickers in 2018, continuing a multi-year decline from 222 in 2017 and 472 in 2016. They identified 497 victims in 2018, the lowest number of identified victims in more than a decade and a decline from 662 in 2017 and 757 in 2016.
The 2024 report doesn’t look much better than 2019. Romania only saw 538 new trafficking cases, but the courts slightly increased their convictions to 162 traffickers in 2023. Public officials identified 428 victims which is still on the low end.
If Romania wasn’t going after the Tate brothers for human trafficking, then what was the real reason?
While the video shows their ties to Russia, but it could be misleading because assets can always be turned.
The Andrew Tate timeline from the Independent is interesting. It wasn’t until 2012 that Andrew became infamous for the “leaked” video of him beating a 15-year-old girl with a belt. The video directly led to him being kicked out of the Big Brother house, but now with a reputation as a sex trafficker. Then in 2014, the Tate brothers end up being invited to sit down with Romanian organized crime figure Mihăiță Doroftei, aka Polonezu (The Pole).
Fun Fact: In 2018, Romania announced it would defy EU policy by moving its embassy in Israel to Jerusalem. Romanian and Israeli citizens enjoy visa-travel since 2008. I’m sure criminals would never take advantage of that perk.

The Tates Expose Raiffeisen Bank Romania, HSBC, and Santander UK
The ICIJ article below claimed the Tate case provided evidence the state didn’t have about Paxum’s ties to OnlyFans. Plus, British and Romanian banks were accepting money from Paxum that’s notoriously tied to the porn industry and human trafficking.

ICIJ found Paxum Bank, favored by the porn industry, processed Tate’s transactions until shortly before he and his brother Andrew Tate were charged with rape and human trafficking.
The documents obtained by ICIJ include a statement for Tristan Tate’s Paxum Bank account covering 2017 to 2024. It shows about $2.6 million in payments “for services provided” by MFCXY Inc., a company that hosts an adult webcam service, as well as from other adult content platforms such as OnlyFans. The leaked records, which also contain 183 wire transfers, show that Tate transferred funds from his Paxum account into other bank accounts he owned in Romania and the U.K. over the same period.
It is unclear if there is any connection between Tate’s transactions analyzed by ICIJ and the Romanian case or British investigation. The leaked documents show Tate received income from the webcam hosting service until August 2022, four months before his arrest in December of that year.
Paxum, headquartered in the Caribbean island nation of Dominica, has developed a niche as a bank to the pornography and adult services industries, generally shunned by mainstream banks due to human trafficking and exploitation risks.
The leaked documents show that almost all of the deposits made to Tate’s Paxum account — about $2.6 million out of about $2.8 million total — were sent by MFCXY, the webcam platform. Transfers ranged between $15 and $50,000 over the period, according to the statement. The files are the first to reveal financial transactions between Tate and MFCXY.
Now, I’m starting to understand why the UK and Romania want Andrew Tate.
While mainstream banks tend to avoid the risky pornography industry, the leak shows they do not avoid Paxum, despite its status as a porn industry bank. Paxum is a member of the SWIFT international payments system. The leaked files show wire transfers from Paxum to Tate’s accounts at Raiffeisen Bank Romania, HSBC and Santander UK.
Fun Facts: HSBC has operated with a full banking license in Israel since 2001. They were fined $1.9 billion in 2012 for laundering over $881 million for Mexican and Colombian drug cartels. HSBC was fined again for anti-money laundering failings in 2021.
In 2015, Santander became an Israeli tech customer via its Innoventure Fund. In 2022, Santander was fined £108m for money laundering “failings.”
In 2023, Raiffeisen Bank International and Reiffeisen Bank Romania provided a 40 million euro loan to Shikun & Binui— Israel’s leading infrastructure and real estate company—for the construction of a photovoltaic power plant in Satu Mare, Romania. In 2024, Austrian regulators fine Raiffeisen 2 million euros for money laundering and terror financing lapses.
Paxum is owned by Anton Postolnikov, a Russian-American entrepreneur who emerged as a major investor in Digital World Acquisition Corp., the publicly traded investment vehicle that merged with Trump Media, former President Donald Trump’s media company. Postolnikov, who is reportedly the nephew of a former high-ranking Kremlin official, made the trades of DWAC stock around the same time that a trust with links to Postolnikov and an account at Paxum reportedly loaned Trump’s Truth Social $8 million.
I’m starting to think Andrew Tates anti-Israeli comments aren’t really about October 7th after all.
Mainstream Media Lying About Trump Connection
It seems like the Trump Media merger with Digital World Acquisition Corp. was a trap for Michael Shvartsman, Gerald Shvartsman, and Bruce Garelick who plead guilty to insider trading on April 3rd, 2024. The false revelations about Anton Postolnikov ties to Trump were included in government documents filed by defense attorneys for Garelick and Michael Shvartsman. According to a DHS investigation, it was Michael Shvartsman (known as “MS” in the report) was the tied to the ES Family Trust and Anton Postolnikov—the owner of Paxum bank in Dominica—was Shvartsman’s friend.
Paxum’s Ties to Wirecard Money Laundering Scandal
I find the timing of Andrew Tate’s “rise” after 2012 and the Wirecard scandal timeline interesting especially after red flags observed in 2008, then the investigation really heating up in 2014. In 2015, J Capital Research recommended shorting Wirecard's stock based on allegations that the company's Asian operations were virtually non-existent. The report stated: "We have attempted to use Wirecard in many parts of the world and have found it virtually impossible outside of Germany to fund the prepaid cards or use Wirecard in payment for anything."
Wirecard also had a lot of Israeli connections and Paxum bank was their processing partner that’s heavily involved in the porn business.
Paxum, Pornhub, and PayPal
Paxum was the main payment processor for Pornhub after PayPal unexpectedly cut ties in 2019. Pornhub was notorious for promoting videos of underaged victims.

The company is pointing performers toward its other payment options including check, direct deposit, the Paxum e-wallet, and the Verge cryptocurrency (no relation to The Verge). Pornhub tells us that it will “continue to add more sex worker-friendly” ways to get paid and that it’s exploring more crypto options as well.
Paxum Aids Trafficking of Ukrainian Women to Romania
Octav Moise, the CEO of Paxum Bank, was involved in luring Ukrainian women fleeing war to Romania where some of the women ended up being trafficked in Israel.

Octav Moise, Paxum’s CEO, told VICE that the company is currently working with sex workers across the country who might not have the financial means or access to transport needed to evacuate. Their plan was to connect workers with transport at Ukraine’s border with Romania, where they would then be offered free accommodation.
I’m sure that “free accommodation” came with certain expectations in a country notorious for human trafficking in Europe. The CEO Octav Moise posted on LinkedIn he was retiring from Paxum in 2023.
Israel also has a long history of not only trafficking European women but Hispanic women and children in Mexico and South America.
Andrew Tate and Pavel Durov
On August 25, 2024, Andrew Tate posted on X.com that he met with Pavel Durov in Dubai just 2 weeks before his arrest in 2022. Durov’s private plane flew into France and was arrested on August 24, 2024 over lack of content moderation of terrorist activity, child abuse material, and weapon’s trafficking on Telegram. Andrew Tate was also using Telegram.
I was with Pavel at his mansion in Dubai a week before my incarceration in 2022.
We were eating a meal prepared by his team of chefs.
I told him they were coming for me.
He paused.
Waiting for the starters to be taken away and the mains to be brought.
A full 2mins later he replied:
“They’re coming for everyone”
Knowing what we know now about the Tates using Paxum and the case was really centered on his Romanian and British bank accounts profiting from human trafficking.
Telegram has ties to Russia, Israel, and their mediator Chabad Lubavitch
Why would Pavel Durov willing fly his plane to France where he was wanted? France and Israel are currently having fraught relations over the genocide in Gaza and over the hostilities between the Netanyahu government and Lebanon. Maybe Durov also turned?
What’s interesting is Marina Butina—a Russian spy— believed Durov had been arrested so the West could gain control of Telegram as reported in Reuters.

Andrew Tate, Minnect App, and Our Current DNI Tulsi Gabbard
Patrick Bet David’s Minnect app allows people to book one-on-one consultations with experts in any field and pay by the minute. I’m sure spies would never use it to speak to an asset in a foreign country.
Andrew Tate joined Minnect that strangely also featured our now DNI Tulsi Gabbard (neither are currently on the app). LTC Gabbard is very interesting because her “Public Affairs” unit is the 440th Civil Affairs Battalion that was commissioned into the U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command in September of 2011.
In 2021, LTC Tulsi Gabbard was deployed to the “Horn of Africa” in support of a Special Operations mission in 2021. I highly doubt she gave the real location. She also maintained her TS/SCI clearance during the Biden administration. So, much for LTC Gabbard being a Russian spy.

Only a criminal and/or a spy would worry about the evidence on their phone and felt the need to wipe it “every night.”
The state of Florida is ground zero for the Russian-Israeli mafia, human trafficking, and webcams businesses are more than plentiful, so why did Ron DeSantis take the Tates electronic devices upon landing? Maybe Ronny is doing a favor for his boy Bibi?
Maybe Andrew Tate’s anti-Israel comments after October 7th have more to do with Romania’s close ties to Israel? What if Israel was using their connection to Romania’s DIICOT to go after Andrew Tate because he was turned by the U.S. intelligence?
Again, I’m not arguing the Tate brothers are good people, but it’s possible they were used by our government to do the work needed. If anything, it’s hard for me to put my bias aside about the Tates because of the video of Andrew beating that girl on camera.
